SHIPPING POLICY

  • Currently we are only offering standard USPS shipping as the default.

  • Shipping can be upgraded by contacting us at info@titanrocket.com 

  • Our shipping and handling time is 3-5 business days.

  • Custom text may add 1-3 days to your processing time.

  • Free shipping on products

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Our products are backed by our 1 year "Abort Mission" return policy. It is simple, if it breaks then we replace it! All we ask is you return the broken product to us and we will send out the replacement within 3-5 business days of receiving the broken product. This applies to defective products as well. However, modifying your product in any way voids your warranty.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are only accepted on products that have not been installed. This does not apply to products that do not fit due to a manufacturing defect.

  • A refund must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned item must be returned in original condition  

  • Refunds on customized products are not eligible for refunds unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. 

  • Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping cost back to TitanRocket Industries

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
